I’d love all of my posts to be super inspirational, motivating and happy. But life is not always like that and it’s ok. It’s normal. It keeps things balanced. Therefore today I wanted to post this picture where you can probably tell I’m not wearing any makeup and I look pretty tired- I don’t mind. I’m not a robot and I’ve learned to accept it. I do have my weaknesses- who doesn’t? The last couple of weeks I’ve been the least creative version of myself you could ever imagine. And I was desperately thinking: ‘What am I going to blog about?!’- I literally moved from a hundred ideas per minute to no ideas at all. I’m not going to fight it anymore thought, instead, I’d like to tell you: it’s alright to feel a bit down. Sadness is a normal state, not less valuable than positive feelings. When I feel like that, what keeps me alive and brings me back to my happy place is music. In this post I’d like to share with you the tunes I listen to when I’m sad. Whenever you feel that the world collapsed on your shoulders, give them a go to remind you you’re not alone. I’ve been there. We can take this journey together.
There we go:
10. Fire and rain (1970), James Taylor
9. Iris, Goo Goo Dolls
